This 1 day course teaches competency based interviewing techniques.
Competency based interviewing is a very effective method of choosing the right candidate for the job, based on the premise that past and present behaviour can indicate succesful future performance.
 
  • This course will prepare you for how to relax the candidate and how to get the best out of their responses.
  • Teach you how to take notes and compare these against the required competencies.
  • Assess the candidates in a fair and objective manner
  • Apply the skills learned and put these into practice through role plays.
